Submission of Papers
Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts limited to maximum 4 pages
in both doc and pdf format online only at http://www.codec-rpe.org. Required
format for the manuscript is 2-column, letter page (1 inch margin on all sides), Times New Roman 10 point font for text. Please click on this link to download the required template. Manuscripts will be subject to peer review. Papers not in prescribed format will not be reviewed.
Selected papers from the Conference will be archived in IEEE Xplore

Registration Fee
All participants including chairpersons, plenary speakers, invited speakers and
all committee members are required to pay the conference Registration Fee.
The Registration Fee includes Registration Kit along with the book of abstracts,
